Preparation steps

  • Cook the octopuses for about an hour until completely softened.
  • Drain them, remove the black skin and chop very finely or grind.
  • Put the bread in a little milk to soak.
  • Add egg, well-drained bread, finely chopped garlic, a little nutmeg, a little parsley, bread crumbs, salt and pepper to the mixture. Mix everything well.
  • Make small balls from the mixture and roll them in a little flour.
  • Fry in olive oil until nicely browned.
