Octopus meatballs

Preparation steps
- Cook the octopuses for about an hour until completely softened.
- Drain them, remove the black skin and chop very finely or grind.
- Put the bread in a little milk to soak.
- Add egg, well-drained bread, finely chopped garlic, a little nutmeg, a little parsley, bread crumbs, salt and pepper to the mixture. Mix everything well.
- Make small balls from the mixture and roll them in a little flour.
- Fry in olive oil until nicely browned.
