Nesquik cream cake
Fine cream cake .. there is nothing to dislike !!!
Preparation steps
- BISCUITS: Whisk the egg whites with the sugar into a solid batter, and lightly add the pudding powder. Shake on well-greased baking paper because the biscuit is quite sticky so that it peels off more easily. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 C. Repeat the process on all three biscuits.
- FIL: Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar, then add the flour and 2 dcl of milk. boil everything in 0.5 liters of milk. In the hot add 100 g of nesqika, and leave to cool. In the cold add the whipped margarine and the remaining 100 g of nesqik.
- Separately whip the whipped cream with 3 dcl of milk and sugar as desired.
- FILLATES: white biscuit-fil-whipped cream yellow biscuit-fil-whipped cream brown biscuit-fil-whipped cream and decorate with the remaining whipped cream. The whipped cream will be enough for filling and to coat the whole cake. AND THAT'S IT!!!
