We've reduced our potato intake a bit lately, so I've come up with a recipe for zamusak. In our house, moussaka was unthinkable without potatoes. Now we see that he can and that he is a milkman :)

Preparation steps

  • Bake for about 40 minutes at 180-200 degrees. the first 20 minutes covered with foil or lid, then remove the lid. Pleasant :)
