Monte cake
Got a recipe from a friend, tried it and voila ..
Preparation steps
- BISCUITS Whisk the egg yolks and sugar, add the other ingredients and finally the egg whites. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 C.
- CREAM Whisk the thickener and sugar with a little milk and add to the boiling milk, cook for a few minutes, remove from the heat and add the white chocolate to melt. When the cream has cooled, mix in the whipped butter, mix well and spread on the cooled biscuit.
- GLAZ Steam the cream and chocolate until the mixture is even. Cool briefly and pour over the cream. Be sure to cut the cake in the refrigerator and cut only when the creams are squeezed.
