Preparation steps
- Put the eggs in a bowl, add salt and beat them briefly with a fork. Finely chop the tomatoes and basil and add to the eggs. Add the oregano and whisk with a fork. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, shake the mixture into the pan and bake on low heat for 4-5 minutes. When the eggs are almost baked, spread the cream cheese on one half, fold the omelette and bake for a few more minutes.
