Malidzano
The recipe is from my aunt Vera, I just reduced the dose ... and yes, it's delicious .. from a small amount you get a perfect homemade spread
Preparation steps
- Put the washed peppers in baking trays and bake in the oven.
- Peel a blue eggplant and bake it in the oven to soften it
- Clean the roasted peppers from the skin and seeds. Leave them for an hour, two to strain.
- Grind, eggplant and peppers in a blender
- In the deep now put half of the specified amount of oil, peppers and eggplant to fry. Stir constantly. Add salt, sugar, mustard, vinegar. If necessary, add the rest of the oil, stirring constantly with a large spoon.
- Fry over medium heat for about an hour.
- Place the hot malidzano in sterilized jars. Close the jar well with a suitable lid.
Serving
Along with a glass of yogurt and cheese as a spread for breakfast or dinner. It can also be served as an addition to the main course for lunch. Pleasant !!
