Macedonian makalo
very old recipe simple in composition but therefore with too good taste - this recipe is regularly served on the table by my grandmother during Lent and I would recommend you to try it
Preparation steps
- The leeks are washed and finely chopped, the red dried peppers are cleaned of seeds and crabs and they are boiled to boil with a little water. Add the olive oil and salt and mix the mixture well and pour it into the oven where it continues to mix until the peppers release color and the leeks combine with them.
Serving
this macaroni must be salty, so more salt is added and a larger dose can be made because it can take a long time - it is stored in the refrigerator and eaten cold.
