Macedonian baklava

Looking on the internet, the title has nothing to do with real Macedonian baklava, but it's great for me ... So let me share it with you :)

Preparation steps

  • Beat eggs and sugar with a wire, then add semolina, flour, baking powder, chopped walnuts, raisins and grated apples. Mix everything well.
  • Take three crusts and put one first, sprinkle with a little oil, put the second over it, then sprinkle with oil again, then the third and sprinkle with oil. Put the filling along the edge of the crust, then roll it like a pie and place it in an oiled pan. So work with all the crusts.
  • Cut the bakvala, pour over the rest of the oil (remaining from 3dcl). Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, 20 minutes.
  • BAY: Put 600gr of sugar and 0.5l of water to boil, when it boils, cook for 15 minutes. Then remove from the heat and allow to cool. Pour hot baklava over the cooled bay.
