LCHF Seed Crackers
Great as snacks or for something to spread.
Preparation steps
- Mix all dry ingredients. The cup is about 2 dl
- Bring the water to a boil and melt the butter in it
- Pour hot water over the dry ingredients and mix everything
- Allow to cool for at least 45 minutes
- Roll out thinly (approx. 0.5 cm) between two baking sheets
- Bake on baking paper, at about 150 degrees with a fan, or 170 degrees in a regular oven for about 15 minutes (until golden brown and crispy)
- Immediately cut into squares and cool
Serving
Store in a dry place, and use as you wish :)
