Preparation steps

  • Mix all dry ingredients. The cup is about 2 dl
  • Bring the water to a boil and melt the butter in it
  • Pour hot water over the dry ingredients and mix everything
  • Allow to cool for at least 45 minutes
  • Roll out thinly (approx. 0.5 cm) between two baking sheets
  • Bake on baking paper, at about 150 degrees with a fan, or 170 degrees in a regular oven for about 15 minutes (until golden brown and crispy)
  • Immediately cut into squares and cool

Serving

Store in a dry place, and use as you wish :)
