Kiki candies :)

I bought peanut butter, but something didn't work for me, so I found this recipe on the internet, tried some combinations and got candies that have nothing to do with karst namesakes but have a kiki (riki) filling :)

Preparation steps

  • The original recipe can be found here
  • Put margarine and peanut butter together in the microwave for 20 seconds to soften and rub well and mix. Add powdered sugar and combine nicely.
  • Melt the desired chocolate with a little oil (3 tablespoons per 100g) and pour into the prepared baskets to half, then put a little peanut mass and fill the baskets with melted chocolate.
  • I tried it with white milk and cooking chocolate, with and without chopped raisins in chocolate and I love all 4 combinations (with the fact that these with white milk melt very quickly so they should be taken out of the fridge just before serving).
  • Since I made according to the measurements from the recipe and spent only 1/5 of the filling, I also made bombs by adding about 80 g of chopped raisins to the mass (if it seems to you that the mass is not strong enough to make bombs, add a little more powdered sugar). I put the bombs in the freezer for a few minutes while I melted the chocolate, dipped the cold ones and took them out with a fork to drain the excess, and put them on baking paper and later removed the excess chocolate with a knife. If an experienced housewife knows a more meticulous way of making chocolate bombs, please take this opportunity to share her secret with me :)

Serving

The candies were great for me from the start. For the bombs, it took me 2 days to get used to the taste because it's a little stronger, but now I'm completely 'hooked' :)
