Although I know that these cookies are known to everyone, here is my version of the recipe that never fails, and the mushrooms melt in your mouth
Preparation steps
- Whisk the eggs and sugar, add water and other ingredients, make everything well and bake at 180 degrees in a medium-sized tin lined with baking paper, but only the bottom
- Cool the baked biscuit, separate it from the paper and cut it into 2 crusts
- Mix the flour, thickener and sugar in a little milk and pour the mixture into the rest of the boiling milk, mix the margarine into the cold cream and coat the first crust with one third of the cream and cover it with the second.
- Cut round cookies with a round mold or a small cup, spread them richly on the sides, lift the top edge so that the icing does not leak from the sides, roll the cream in coconut and glaze the top with chocolate.
