Green Tea, White Chocolate & Mascarpone Brownies

Preparation steps
- Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Keep the ingredients at room temperature for at least 20 minutes before use. Line a 20x20cm mold with baking paper. Mix well the softened butter, white chocolate, sugar and matcha powder. Stir in cheese, eggs and vanilla extract. Add sifted flour and salt and combine everything and pour into the prepared mold and put in the oven (45 to 60 minutes). Spread the cooled and thickened white chocolate ganache on the cooled cake, wait for it to set and slice.
- White Ganache: Heat the sweet cream and before it boils, remove from the heat and add butter and white chocolate. Mix everything well until the mixture thickens a bit.
- Serve yourself :)

The original recipe says that it bakes for about 55-60 minutes, but for me it was 45 minutes ... And maybe 160 is too high a temperature in 45 minutes, I think that after 20 minutes I reduced the oven to 150
