Gibanica muffins

I used to find this recipe somewhere and make it right away. Since then I make them many times especially when I have guests, when there are holidays. They are very tasty and practical to serve, and how decorative they are !!!

Preparation steps

  • Chop the cheese, add eggs, oil, carbonated water, e.g. for pastries and with.
  • The bark is twisted like a roll and cut into 2 cm.
  • When the crusts are cut, they are well shaken to cool.
  • We put the crusts in the filling we have already made and mix well.
  • Spoon the mixture into a muffin tin, which is pre-coated with oil and sprinkled with flour.
  • Put pieces of margarine and salt with sesame seeds.
  • Bake at 220 ° C until golden brown.
