Gewürz kuchen - cake with spices
one of the cakes I often make because everyone in the house loves it
- For the dough: First mix the margarine, vanilla sugar and eggs well. Then add the flour, powder, cocoa, milk and all the other spices and mix it all well into one fine smooth mixture, and finally add the raisins. Put it in one form and bake at 175C for about 60 minutes.
- When it is almost a little cool, make a goose of powdered sugar and a little milk and coat the cake.
