Gevrek (chrono)

This morning I was thinking of making Nana's bread again, but I couldn't wait for it so much and my eye got stuck on the chrono of pretzels. for pretzels and chrono. Preparation steps

  • In one bowl put flour, salt, pastries, baking soda, melted butter (I put lard), sour milk and sour water.
  • Knead a soft dough.
  • Divide the dough into 6 parts.
  • Make a ball out of each part.
  • From each ball we make the shape of a pretzel.
  • Put 1.5 l of water in a saucepan on the stove to boil and slowly lower the pretzels in the water. They quickly float to the surface, so it is better to put them one by one.
  • Take it out of the water and put it in a plate with the seeds and turn it slowly so that it sticks to both sides.
  • We cut it on baking paper.
  • Bake at 200c for 30 minutes.
  • Now it remains to have a nice breakfast !!!


With homemade sour milk or yogurt.
