Preparation steps

  • Wash the cucumbers, partially peel them and cut them lengthwise. If necessary, separate the seeds and cut them into 1 cm wide pieces.
  • Put them in a bowl with a little water, add and cook for about 10 minutes.
  • Then add the crushed garlic and chopped dill, freshly ground pepper, sour cream or yogurt. Mix everything and add salt if desired.
  • Season the fish fillets with salt, flour and fry on both sides in heated oil.

Serving

Arrange the fish fillets on a plate along with the prepared cucumbers and sliced ​​lemon.

Advice

You can bury the fish fillets with a little lemon juice before baking.
