Fish fillets with cucumbers
Modern nutritional orchards refer to light dishes, for example, combinations of meat with vegetables, especially steamed. So we also recommend cucumbers, otherwise known as a source of health and beauty of the body, when you want refreshment.
- Wash the cucumbers, partially peel them and cut them lengthwise. If necessary, separate the seeds and cut them into 1 cm wide pieces.
- Put them in a bowl with a little water, add and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Then add the crushed garlic and chopped dill, freshly ground pepper, sour cream or yogurt. Mix everything and add salt if desired.
- Season the fish fillets with salt, flour and fry on both sides in heated oil.
Arrange the fish fillets on a plate along with the prepared cucumbers and sliced lemon.
You can bury the fish fillets with a little lemon juice before baking.
