Preparation steps

  • Mix the egg yolks frothily with the sugar, then gradually add the oil, milk, flour with the powder and vinegar. Put baking paper in a 20x30 pan and pour out the mixture.
  • Sprinkle with walnuts or hazelnuts and place in the oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes, remove from the oven and coat with jam.
  • Spread the mixed egg whites with sugar over the jam, then return to the oven and bake for another 20 minutes.
  • Cool the baked cake well.
