Fantasy Panna cotta cake with strawberries

The cream has only a few ingredients with fresh strawberries on a biscuit base. A cake that doesn't bake. It is made quickly and disappears in an instant. The recipe is Norwegian. Zele tastes like strawberry (sweetened powdered mixture from which jelly dessert is made or jelly / cake topping. Zeleu with flavors is melted in hot water. Here in Norway it is called "GELE" citronsmak or "Gele jordbærsmak and hell is from (125 gr) .In America 1 packet "LEMON JELLY" .The most popular desret cake in "Norway"

Preparation steps

  • Prepare and weigh all the necessary ingredients for dessert.
  • Prepare a round cake pan (24 cm).
  • 1 hell of lemon jelly dissolve in boiling water. Cool down.
  • put the biscuits in a bag and grind / grind them with a rolling pin.
  • Melt the butter and mix with the biscuits. Press into the bottom of the mold. Put in the fridge while we prepare the cream.
  • Mix the sweet cream into a firm icing.
  • Mix the sweet cream icing with the sour cream. Add lemon gel in a thin stream while mixing with a mixer. Unite.
  • On a biscuit base, arrange fresh strawberries densely with very little space so that the part where the stalk was (cheese) goes down and the top goes up.
  • Carefully rub the prepared cream over the strawberries. Align
  • Leave the cake to squeeze for a few hours in the fridge.
  • Prepare the mirror / topping by dissolving 1 packet of strawberry jelly in boiling water. Cool down
  • Carefully pour the cooled cake topping over the cooled and squeezed cream while it is still liquid. Return to the refrigerator to squeeze the gelatin.

Serving

serve with fresh fruit.
