Dukan gnocchi
I dedicate this recipe to all Dukanovci, past and future, those who made these gnocchi and those who will make them. Jasminka encouraged me to publish the recipe with her picture in the recipe view, so in a way this recipe is dedicated to her .... I will add another word in the part where it is possible to add links ... and now to the recipe.
Preparation steps
- Soft, both oat and wheat, are best ground into flour in a coffee machine, but you can do without it.
- Mix all the ingredients and let it stand for about 10 minutes. Shape the gnocchi with a wet hand or wrap them in a heated, warm and moist spoon.
- Bring the water to a boil and add the gnocchi. Leave to cook for a few minutes after rising to the surface of the water.
- Remove and drain from water and serve as desired.

I made them for the first time somewhere in the winter while I was at the store, but also a few times after that, even today for lunch with fish stew. These gnocchi are actually a combination of two recipes.
