Preparation steps

  • Stir the yeast into a little milk and add a little sugar. Leave on warm to rise. Whisk the butter, add the egg yolk, 2 teaspoons of sugar and the remaining yeast see the picture.   • Whisk the egg whites until stiff. At the end of the beating, add 3 teaspoons of sugar, and stir for a while. Take the half-baked dough out of the oven, coat it with jam, and then see the picture with the beaten egg whites. Return to the oven and bake the cake.
  • When the egg whites turn yellow, remove the cake from the oven, cool slightly, cut into cubes and serve.
