Corn "freckles"
with chicken!
Preparation steps
- Combine both types of flour, salt and baking soda.
- Add yogurt and oil, then knead the dough. Leave the dough covered for about an hour. Divide the dough into 4 balls on a floured surface, then roll each one out. Coat the pan with a few drops of oil, heat it, then fry it on both sides for a few minutes.
- Cut the peppers into sticks, then fry briefly in olive oil. Add salt to taste! Cut the chicken into sticks, season to taste, then fry in a grill pan. SAUCE: Heat the olive oil, then add the chopped garlic. As soon as it smells, pour over the mashed tomatoes, season, and simmer on low heat for 5-6 minutes. Slice the tomatoes and cucumbers.
- Coat the corn "freckles" with sauce, put the peppers in half, over the chicken. Add more sauce to taste, then sliced vegetables! Fold!

Serve warm!
