Chocolate coconut semolina cubes
There are already similar recipes here, but I don't think it hurts from the excess, this is how I make it and I think it meets all the criteria, simple, juicy, very nice, not expensive .......... Enjoy :)
Preparation steps
- Preparation: Cook semolina in milk and sugar, and add coconut to the cooked mass, then leave it to stand. Whisk the ingredients for the dough, ie first whisk the egg yolks with the sugar, then add the whipped egg whites, and then all the other ingredients for the crust. Divide the dough into two parts. Place the first part of the oven in a greased and floured pan about 30 cm in size at 170 C *. Spread the pre-cooked cream on the half-baked dough, pour the other part of the dough over the cream and bake the cake until the end. Pour the chocolate glaze over the cold cake (20 dkg of chocolate, 2 tablespoons of oil and melt a cube of margarine).
