Chickpea, foxglove and bok choy (or chard)
Great and healthy corba
- Fry the onion in butter and add the mushrooms, fry until the liquid evaporates. Add pre-cooked chickpeas, or canned chickpeas and all spices and cook for ten minutes. Add chard and bok choy or chard and cook for the next ten minutes Enjoy!
- Thanks to the mushrooms and coconut oil, the corba is very creamy and fine.
