Chicken soup ala Koko
another recipe from my friend Koko ... our favorite chicken soup with vegetables .. ideal for these cold days .. :)
- wash the vegetables, peel them ... fry the vegetables together with the chicken bones in a pot in oil. Add, bay leaf, black peppercorns and pour cold water. Season with salt. When the soup is done, reduce the heat and cook on low heat for about 45 minutes.
- When the vegetables are soft, cool and cut into cubes. Cook the bone / meat soup for another 20 minutes.
- Strain the soup, when needed - add a little more water. Add sliced vegetables and meat (when present). When the soup is done add salt and pepper to taste, chopped parsley leaf, finely chopped leeks.
Serve the soup hot ... good taste :)
