An idea for some future lunch :)))
- Mix the chicken well with salt, pepper, crumbs, onion, parsley, lemon juice and egg. Leave in the fridge for 20-30 minutes to combine the flavors.
- Form oval shapes (about 12 pieces) with wet hands.
- Mix flour with pepper and salt and risoles "dip" in it on all sides.
- Bake over medium heat in deep oil. Drain excess fat on kitchen paper.
