Chestnuts in a slightly different way ... I don't know if there is a similar recipe published here; this is my Sunday improvisation ... :)
- Saute onions briefly, add carrots, parsley and celery and add meat and spices as desired. Simmer for 5 minutes, then add the chestnuts. Pour water as desired (I added about half a liter). Cover the bowl and simmer all together for 15-20 minutes. Finally, thicken with 2 tablespoons of soft flour and half a dcl of water and let it simmer on low heat for another 5 minutes.
Serve with rice, pasta, polenta, whichever you prefer. Good apetite!
