Cheesecake with floral decoration

- Mix all the ingredients and leave in the fridge wrapped in self-adhesive foil. Remove the dough in about 45 minutes, roll it out with a rolling pin and apply it on a round mold with wavy edges. Prick the bottom with a fork and bake it halfway. Use the rest of the dough for decoration (flowers). Remove the flowers with a mold and bake at the same time, on a special tray, when the crust.
- Mix the cheese with the sugar, add the vanilla, egg yolks and finally the mixed 4 egg whites. Sprinkle over the walnut mass, mix lightly and pour the mixture onto the half-baked dough. Bake for about 40 minutes. Coat the cake with apricot jam and arrange the roasted flowers and blueberries. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
