- Arrange the cheesecake sheets in the pan so that they overlap. At the bottom of the pan I put baking paper, so that greasy baking paper after I lined the cheese sheets and put it in the oven heated to 175 C. I'm not sure how long it took, but you'll see for yourself.
- Leave to cool and then shake the cheese out of the pan on the work surface.
- Apply the filling and wrap in a roll. It should be left in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Fry marinated mushrooms in oil, add a little and salt. Allow to cool then add the parsley to mix well. Add cream cheese to this mass. Mix well again and that's it.
