Cheese and raisin pie
it is made quickly, and disappears even faster, the recommendation - make it last at least one day in the evening !! :-)
Preparation steps
- mix all the ingredients for the dough, mix well and leave for half an hour in the refrigerator. then take it out and divide it into two parts, roll out one part for the pan (size 36cmx37cm), and put the other part back in the refrigerator
- whisk the cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar and flour, and combine with the previously beaten egg whites. Pour the mixture into a pan on the rolled out dough, sprinkle with drained raisins (soaked in warm milk for half an hour) and cover with another part of the dough cut into strips 2 cm wide
- bake for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees, and sprinkle the baked pie with powdered sugar
