Che buona Mortadella sandwich
Everyone knows how to make a sandwich. Or? Of course he knows, but with a little imagination, this ordinary little sandwich can easily become a delicious center of every good party, and you will turn out to be the 'main face' because you showed top skill in preparing haute cuisine finger food for your esteemed guests ... and best of all - all in just a few minutes;)
- Preparation is everything here - first chop the cucumber into cubes, grate the cheese and finely chop the chives. Then cut the bread into 8 equal parts and each slice of mortadella into 4 equal parts. If the bread is not completely fresh, the taste of dry bread will prevail over all other foods, and we do not want that at all.
- In a bowl, mix the ketchup, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, dill and olive oil.
- Apply the sauce to the pieces of breadcrumbs, then place the triangles of the moratdel, arrange everything on a serving plate and sprinkle with the cucumbers, cheese and chives in exactly that order. The dish is ready to serve.
Serve in a decorative plate or on a small round stainless steel tray, and for drinking serve 'fresh' white wine like Lumbard Greek. The dish is most delicious if all the ingredients are well cooled before preparation and so cold they come to a delicious warm pastry.
