Celery and tuna salad with tamarind paste
very light and healthy ...
- Wash, peel and chop the celery: the leaves into larger pieces, the stem into smaller crescents, and the root into thin leaves (with a potato peeler).
- Drain the tuna from the water, crush it. Chop the onion into thin slices. Chop the peppers and parsley leaves.
- Make a dressing: mix soy yogurt with tomato puree, lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil. Mix tamarind paste with a little water and chop in a blender, then mix together with the previously prepared part of the dressing. (you can add a little honey to the dressing if you wish)
- Mix the salad well and serve with dressing and homemade bread :)
