Cartoccio with shrimp

You’ve heard that your girlfriend loves fish and seafood, so now you’re wondering how to make something tasty, healthy and effective? We suggest cartoccio! Namely, in Italian cuisine they are called dishes wrapped in paper and baked in the oven.

Preparation steps

  • Fillet the hake, then sprinkle with together with tomatoes and shrimps. Drizzle with lemon juice, pour over the oil and mix gently.

  • Place on a baking sheet, then bake in an oven preheated to 220 ° C for about 15 minutes.


Serve the cartoccio with a salad of your choice.
