Carrot and polenta soup
Fine and different!
- Peel a carrot, wash it and cut it into thin strips.
- Heat the butter, add the carrots and fry. Reduce heat, add cornflour and fry for about 5 minutes.
- Add water, spices, cook for 20 minutes.
- In a bowl, beat the egg, add it to the soup, when it is cooked (you will get it like egg noodles), remove from the heat.
- If desired, you can add sour cream, mileram or cooking sour cream.
