Carrot and millet soup

One quick and fine soup, for the days when I don't know what to cook quickly. It's also good for babies when they start eating vegetables and cereals, only then it's easier with spices

Preparation steps

  • Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Lightly sauté the carrots in the heated oil, add the washed and drained millet. Simmer a little more (1-2 minutes), pour hot water, add salt, pepper or spices as desired. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Add chopped parsley. The soup is ready
