It's quite cold here and tonight, when we came back from the walk, I ask my husband if he wants something warm to drink ... we are not chocolate lovers and it was too late for coffee, and why couldn't we have something that is the same so good. There will be several recipes with carob these days, because our topic for this month's blogging game is carob.
- Put milk, sour cream, ground carob, cinnamon and maple syrup in a small saucepan and heat slowly, mixing with the wire, until it is completely heated and becomes a hot mass.
- Pour into cups and enjoy a warm, decaffeinated drink. Determine the amount of maple syrup, honey, milk and sour cream according to your taste and needs. This was enough for the two of us.
- If you wish, you can add whipped cream on top and sprinkle with a little more cinnamon or carob powder.
