Carbonara my way
Another recipe for carbonara
- Cook the spaghetti and strain it.
- Cut the bacon into cubes, fry in a Teflon pan without oil and leave a part on the side for decorating.
- Whisk both sour cream and egg yolks with a mixer to mix finely, then pour over the bacon into the pan and cook a little, add grated or chopped cheese and cook a little more to melt the cheese, add salt if necessary, pickle and add the spaghetti, stir and pour into plates.
- Garnish with the rest of the bacon and sprinkle with pepper and parsley
