Triple pleasure - perfect ..

Preparation steps

  • Dough: For the dough, beat the egg whites firmly, then add the sugar and beat more until the sugar dissolves. Add ground walnuts / almonds / hazelnuts, flour mixed with baking powder and 1 dcl of milk. Pour everything into the pan in which you previously put the baking paper, and bake for about 20 minutes, at 180 C. When the dough is baked, take it out and cool it.
  • Cream: Bring the milk to a boil. Separately whisk the egg yolks with the sugar, pudding and stock. When the milk boils, pour the mixture of egg yolks, sugar, pudding and thickener into the milk. Stir with a whisk to avoid lumps. Leave the cream to cool. Soften the margarine at room temperature, then add it to the chilled cream and mix everything together. Mix well to combine everything nicely, then divide the cream into 2 equal parts. In one portion, add the chocolate previously melted in the steam.
  • I poured rum and water over the dough (1dcl of water and 1 žl.rum). Apply the yellow cream on the dough first, flatten everything well, then arrange the bags on top of the cream. You don't need to soak them, they will soften themselves, and apply chocolate cream to and around the biscuits. Flatten everything well and put in the fridge for about 30 minutes to harden.
  • For the chocolate glaze I put 1 dcl. whipping cream, 1 dcl water, 4 tbsp. sugar, 4 sheets of gelatin and 100 g of cooking chocolate. Heat the cream and water (do not reach the boiling point), put sugar and chocolate inside to melt. Soak the gelatin sheets separately and after 10 minutes mix them into lukewarm melted chocolate. Wait about 3-5 minutes and pour over the cake.
