- Dough: • Strain the boiled potatoes with margarine and cool. • Add flour, egg and a little salt and knead the dough. • Roll it out on a lightly floured surface, with a floured rolling pin and cut squares as desired, preferably 10 cm. with the addition of a little salt and pepper.Forming pads: • Put the stuffing in the middle, join the opposite ends and coat them with beaten egg yolk. • Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius, if you want them to turn brown, increase to 220 degrees Celsius before the end of baking.
