You won't even notice that you're not snacking on real chips :) It's irresistibly crunchy and perfectly tasty. Worth a try
- Wash the cabbage leaves and leave them to dry completely. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. In a large bowl, mix the oil, soy sauce and sesame seeds and transfer the shredded cabbage leaves to pieces. Stir well to distribute the oil nicely and to cover each leaf. Arrange on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and place in the oven for 7-8 minutes. Baking time depends on the oven, so it is best to periodically check how far the chips have arrived with baking. It is ready when the edges are crispy and the inside is still a little soft.
