A wonderful and very simple side dish that everyone will adore, crispy potatoes on the outside and soft and creamy on the inside / milin / aa best of all minimal calories and fat. Try this simple old-fashioned side dish. The only thing you will need is a mandolin grater or cabbage / chips grater , smooth blades.
- Peel and wash the potatoes. Grate it on a grater into thin fetishes / as for chips /. Grate the peeled onion as well. Prepare a baking sheet / take the smaller one. Arrange a row of potatoes and a little onion and so on until you have used up all the ingredients. lightly salt and pepper in a row / I put a little more pepper because it suits me with potatoes, of course, if you want, you can use pepper from the grinder /. The last row should be potatoes, salt and pepper it too and coat it with olive oil.
- Place in the oven at 200C / 30min or until the potatoes get a nice color and become crispy.
- Serve warm as a side dish.
