Burek-gibanica (the fastest, simplest and tastiest version) :)

I was hesitant whether to make burek or gibanica .. and in the end made something in between .. taste .. indescribable .. :)

Preparation steps

  • In one bowl, mix 200 ml of water with oil. And in another mix all the other ingredients.
  • Put one crust in the pan, sprinkle a little water and oil. Well, another one. Repeat the procedure.
  • Then just chop each crust into several pieces (before that, just separate the two to cover) and spray them first with water and oil, then pour a little filling. So until all the ingredients are used up. Over "suck" with the remaining two peels, coat them with the remaining filling or water with oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds (and cumin if desired).
  • Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.


Yogurt and nothing more is needed ... :)
