It’s not as demanding as it looks
- Develop 10 small noodles and in two groups, five each, arrange one on top of the other and coat each with melted malsal. Divide the resulting noodles and cut into the desired shape.
- Fill the cut with a mixture of minced meat and red onion.
- Arrange them in a baking tray. Bake at 250 degrees 10 ', then reduce to 200 and bake until golden brown.
- And voila, pour over the finished barrels with yoghurt in which we cut 4-5 cloves of garlic
