THEY ARE MADE QUICKLY AND ARE GOOD WITHOUT BURGER
- Put crushed yeast, a little flour, milk and a crumb of sugar in a cup. Put on warm to let the yeast rise.
- When it has risen, mix everything into the flour to which you have added mineral, milk, salt and egg. Knead a soft dough. Put it on warm to rise and cover it with a cloth.
- When it has risen, place it on an oiled table and roll it out, and cut the shapes you want. Spread your fingers a little and fry in hot oil.
- You can eat them only alone or top them with burgers, ajvar and onions .......
