Here is another recipe for buns, they are very tasty.
- Put sifted flour and other dry ingredients in a bowl. Add yoghurt (room temp) and oil, and knead the dough with warm water. Cover with a clean napkin and leave on warm to double.
- When the dough has doubled, shake it out on a floured work surface, boil the dough and divide it into two balls. Make the balls and leave them warm for 30 minutes.
- I stretched the dough into a larger circle with my hands, and you can roll it if you want. Leave the developed buns to stand in the heat, (30 minutes) cut them, coat them with oil and sprinkle with churokot. Put them in a preheated oven to bake at 22o C. You can spray the baked buns with warm water to make them softer, I didn't spray them, I wanted to have that nice crust.
Cool the buns a bit and serve warm. Pleasant!
