BUNAR CAKE with lino lada cream

Preparation steps

  • BISCUITS: Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites into a stiff batter which you add as a last ingredient to the biscuit. Mix the ingredients well and pour the mixture into a greased and floured round cake tin. Bake. Cool the biscuit. Carefully hollow out the middle so that the edge (side and bottom) remains intact, and save the crumbs for the filling.
  • FIL: Mix margarine and sugar. Mix the egg yolks and sugar - combine with the margarine. Add melted chocolate, lino lada and snow and biscuit crumbs (I also added some ground petit biscuits). Make the ingredients well, and fill the middle of the cake with the mixture. Decorate as desired.


Cool the cake well!
