Bun in cheese
My Ellena would eat a lot in the days after training.
- Cut the bun in half and put the baked scrambled eggs in it. Put a little chopped buđole or whatever is in the fridge of cured meat products on the eggs. Add grated cheese that is easy to top and sliced tomatoes. Fold in the other half of the bun. In a small pan, grate the cheese over the entire bottom in a thicker layer and put a bun on the cheese. When the cheese melts, lift the bun again, put the cheese back and turn it to the other side and wait for the cheese to melt and stick to the bun. Serve immediately while it is warm. You can also add a little oregano over the tomatoes to get a pizza flavor.
