- Cut the dry buns into cubes. Mix the eggs with the milk and pour over the buns. Add salt, parsley or marjoram or some other herbs and mix well. Leave it to stand for as long as possible but at least 1-2 hours. Then add the flour and stir again.
- Then with wet hands form dumplings and put them to boil in boiling salted water for about 15-20 minutes.From this mixture falls out about 8-10 dumplings (depending on how big you want).
- Serve with roast meat, mushroom sauce and salad.
