Preparation steps

  • Coat the baking tin with a little grease. Cut old bread / pastries into small, in my case, rolls and arrange them on the mold. Pour milk over them and push with a fork. Leave approx. 30 min to soak the milk into the breadcrumbs. Add fresh cottage cheese and stir. In a separate bowl, pour the homemade cream and add 3 eggs. Stir. Pour over mixture. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees (depending on the oven) and bake for 20 minutes exposed, and covered with foil for 10 minutes. I combined the bun with apricot jam. U slast :)
