One very nice and simple recipe that I made from "Food and Wine", I really liked it as much as my family…
- Place the boiled potatoes on a plate and wash with cold water. Cut the champignons into thin leaves and the garlic cloves into pieces. Put the butter in the frying pan to melt. Add oil and sliced champignons. Add salt, pepper and stir during frying. Boiled potatoes peel, cut into three equal parts lengthwise (I am in two parts), and cut in several places. Put one piece of mushroom in each cut. Wrap each piece of potato with 2 pieces of bacon and arrange in a fireproof dish. Bake for 30 minutes 225 C. Put the remaining piece of onion in a bowl, and add sour cream to each piece of potato. Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
