Pilaf with the addition of bulgur delighted my little ones.

Preparation steps

  • Fry onion in oil, add rice and then cooked bulgur. Combine everything and sauté briefly.
  • Fry the pork steaks on both sides.
  • Arrange the meat, rice with bulgur in a pan, cover with the stock and bake in the oven for about 50 minutes at 180 c.
